Crisis Pregnancy Clinics and Free Speech Rights - The NIFLA Case (with Scott Waller)

In June 2018, the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of California's crisis pregnancy centers protecting their free speech rights. California law required these pro-life centers to provide abortion referrals to their clients who came in seeking their services.
